Mulligan Concept: A mobilization method aiming to achieve painless movement by positioning the joint and bone. Unlike classical manipulation, it does not involve sudden or startling maneuvers. It is performed with the patient’s participation, trying to achieve painless positions and movements. It is particularly effective in shoulder and neck diseases.
